HOW TO GET YOUR BEST PHOTOS
PROPER BIB# PLACEMENT
Place your Bib on your
CHEST OR ABDOMEN FACING FRONT, Not the side or on your back!
The photos on RunSignUp will be
easily searchable by your name or Bib# if your Bib# clearly shows in the photo.
So please take your time to have your
Bib# clearly displayed for our photographers!
See finish line photo examples below.
FINISHLINE PHOTO TIPS:
For the best-looking Finish Line photos, make sure to keep your head up, arms up, do not look at your watch, stay in the left or right center under the clock, and SMILE for the camera!
There are 2 finish line clocks (left & right side), and 2 photographers at the FL.
You will then get a GREAT Finish Line photo!
We normally try to take a zoomed-in photo as you approach the FL (about 10 yds out), and the last photo right after you cross the FL!
SPECIAL PHOTOS:
Don’t hesitate to ask Ed from LIRP, Long Island Running Photos, our race photographer to take any special photos of you and your friends and family. He is there to help you get those special memorable photos at the race!
Note: We try to photograph everyone, but it is not always possible. Try to avoid getting too close behind another runner, which will possibly block your photo!
